The extension automatically detects prices on shopping websites and shows conversions without leaving the page. Visit any shopping site (Amazon, eBay, etc.), prices are automatically detected, hover over a price to see conversions in your currencies, or enable "Inline Mode" to show conversion pills next to prices.

AI-powered product extraction that finds ALL products and prices on complex web pages. Visit a product listing page, click the floating scan button, AI analyzes the page and extracts all products, view results with conversions, then export or save to cloud. Sometimes "$" on a website means USD, sometimes MXN, CAD, or AUD. Force Base Currency lets you tell the extension "treat all prices on this page as [currency]" for accurate conversions.

We use Google Sign-In - no password required. Click "Sign In", choose your Google account, and you're done! We only receive your email, name, and profile picture. We cannot access Gmail, Drive, or other Google services.

Yes! Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. One trial per person.

Go to Dashboard on currency.wiki, click "Manage Subscription", and cancel through Stripe's secure portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

All Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial so you can fully explore the features before being charged. Because of this generous trial period, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost, or cancel after to stop future billing.

We collect on our servers: Email, name, profile picture (from Google Sign-In), feature usage counts (for plan limits), anonymous analytics.

Stored locally on your device only (cookies): Base currency, favorite currencies, language preference, theme, number format settings.

We DO NOT collect: Passwords, browsing history, form data from websites, financial account information, personal documents (processed then deleted), credit card details (handled by Stripe).

For your peace of mind, we automatically disable our extension on banking and financial sites. We NEVER access passwords, login forms, or personal data.

The extension is automatically disabled on 1,040+ financial websites including banks (Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, HSBC, etc.), investment platforms (Fidelity, Vanguard, Schwab), payment services (PayPal, Venmo, Wise), and crypto exchanges (Coinbase, Binance).

When you visit these sites, the extension icon shows a grey "OFF" badge and no scripts run.

If you want to use currency conversion on a banking page, you can temporarily enable it for 15-60 minutes. The extension will auto-disable after your selected time expires, so you don't have to remember to turn it off.

We source our rates from reliable financial data providers. These are mid-market rates (midpoint between buy and sell).

No. Our rates are reference rates only. Banks and money transfer services add margins and fees. Actual rates typically differ by 1-5%. Always verify with your bank or transfer service before making transactions.

The detected source currency may be wrong. For example, "$" could be USD, CAD, AUD, or MXN. Solution: Use "Force Base Currency" to specify the correct currency.
