Hungarian Forint बद्दल
The Forint was reintroduced in 1946 to stabilize the Hungarian economy after World War II and one of the most severe cases of hyperinflation ever recorded, which affected the previous currency, the pengő.
The name 'Forint' comes from the city of Florence, Italy, where gold coins called 'fiorino d'oro' were minted from 1252.

Still Outside the Euro
As a member of the European Union, Hungary is legally obliged to adopt the Euro, but there is no target date and strong political reluctance to do so.
