Armenian Dram-ri buruz
The Armenian Dram was introduced in 1993 to replace the Russian Ruble after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. This established Armenia's monetary independence.
The word 'Dram' means 'money' in Armenian and is cognate with the Greek 'drachma'.
